Marjorie L. Gillispie

Marjorie L Casto Gillispie passed away on November 7, 2016 in Columbus, OH. She retired from the Kroger Company, was a member of local 346 Meat Cutters Union and a member of local 1059 Retail Clerks Union. Marjorie was a devoted member of the Heritage Free Will Baptist Church on Obetz Rd where she loved her church family. She was born February 17, 1933 in Given WV to the late Earley H and Callie Dove Carney Casto. She was also predeceased by her daughter Barbara Fugitt; son Steve Kiser; son-in-law Frank Kennedy; grandson Ricky Kennedy; brothers Carl Casto, Arthur Casto, Ralph Casto and Hoy Casto; and sisters Carman Bonnett and Emma Jean Smith. Survived by her sons Mark (Janine) Gillispie of Galloway and Michael Gillispie of Columbus; daughter Kathy Kennedy of Lancaster; daughter-in-law Cheryle Kiser of Obetz; brothers Buford Casto of Ripley WV and Harvey Lawrence of Akron; grandchildren Tiffany (Josh) Sharp, Ryan (Brittany) Kennedy, Cody Kiser, Fred Little, Steven (Ashli) Kiser, Amanda Kiser, Crystal "Crissy" Lawrence, Kimberly (AJ) Breeze; and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Schoedinger in Grove City. Graveside services will be held 1:00p.m. Friday at Sunset Cemetery in Galloway; special friend and Pastor Tim Stout officiating. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Heritage Free Will Baptist Church 575 Obetz Rd, Columbus OH.
