Martha J. Howell

Martha J. Howell , age 86 passed away on March 20, 2021. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Helen Sellman Jones and Leslie O. Jones. She was raised in Louisville, Kentucky which forever held a special place in her heart. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Don Howell, her sister, Helina Buckles and her brother, George H. Jones.

Martha is survived by her daughters, Melissa Howell, Melinda Reynolds (Jeff) and Katherine Louwers (Bill); grandsons, Matt, Chris, Tony, Jason and Ian; granddaughter, Emily (Alex); twin great granddaughters, Alia and Erin; and several nieces and nephews.

Martha worked in the Grandview Heights school system as a secretary for 33 yrs. She was a member of Sorosis Literary Group. She was involved in quilting groups and classes. Her quilts are beautiful works of art. She was active in her church community and loved the Lord. She also enjoyed genealogy and spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.

Family will receive friends from 4-6 P.M Sunday April 11, 2021 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, 1740 Zollinger Rd. Due to COVID -19 restrictions, the family will be holding a private memorial service for Martha.
