Mary L. Brookhart, age 77, a loving sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and so much more passed away on August 1, 2017. Retired from Lucent Technologies, Mary proudly served as Past Auxiliary President of VFW Post 9857 and was a member of the Moose and Eagles.
Preceded in death by parents, Otto and Imogene Burwell, brother Otto Burwell, Jr. and sister Patricia Deathridge. Survived by daughter Lorri (Stephen) Klema, and son Scott (Kim Beddow) Leichliter; Grandchildren Stephan and Collin Klema, and Brandon and Kaity Leichliter; Great Grandson Scott Leichliter; Siblings Nancy Provo (Spokane, WA), Martha Forsythe (Meadview, AZ), Donna Phelps (Palmdale, CA), Jack Burwell (Las Vegas, NV), Doris Schonfeld (Palmdale, CA), Catherine Keller (Thornville, OH); Special Cousin Albert (Fern) Garling (Kirkersville, OH); Numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Family will receive friends from 2-4pm on Monday, August 7th at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 Johnstown Road, Gahanna.
