

Mary M. (Longfellow, Landrum) Doty passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at the age of 101. She was born on October 20, 1920, to her late parents Victor and Charlotte Longfellow in Urbana, Ohio. Mary graduated from Urbana High School and went on to attend beauty school. She resided in Columbus, Ohio and Winter Haven, Florida.
Mary had multiple occupations during her life span. During WW2 she was a spot welder on half-racks and she did technical etching for government items. She worked many years for Big Bear stores. She was a passionate musician who enjoyed playing the piano and the violin throughout her life. She also had a love for writing poetry, dancing, and singing. She loved spending time with family and friends. Mary was very devoted in her religious beliefs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband Merrill Landrum, second husband Claude Doty, her sister Charlotte Lehman and her husband Fritz and her son and daughter-in-law Robert and Kitty Landrum, Great-Grandson Danny Clark of Colorado.
She is survived by her children, Carolyn (Sam) Clark; Rebecca (Don) Clark; Willard (Sally) Landrum, Numerous Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, Great Great-grandchildren
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2022 from 11am-1pm at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna. A eulogy will follow at 1pm, Andrew Hoover to officiate. There will be no graveside service. Private interment will take place at Glen Rest Memorial Estate on Monday March 7th.
