Mary Rita Ferguson

Mary Rita Ferguson, 96, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017. She was born December 16, 1920 to the late Frank and Jessie (Grant) Sharshal in Shawnee, OH. She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Terrence; son, Terry (Rena) Ferguson; grandchildren, Amanda (Mark) Nelson, Sarah Ferguson, Christopher Ferguson, and Anthony Ferguson; sister, Margaret Bratton; in-laws, Thomas (Helen) Ferguson, James (Margaret) Ferguson, Theresa (Red) Voldness, Anna (John) Hohenbrink, Helen (Arlen) Voldness, Clara (Dick) Littleboy and Joan Gotherman. Along with her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Catherine Ferguson; siblings, Thomas Sharshal, John Sharshal, Robert Sharshal, Frances (Bill) Eschleman and Katherine (Thomas) Tarpy. Visitation will be Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Schoedinger North Chapel 5554 Karl Rd from 6-8 pm with a Rosary Service at 7:00 pm. A mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, July 14, 2017 at 10:30 am at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church 61 Moss Rd., Westerville, OH 43081. Interment at St. Mary Cemetery in Lancaster.
