Mary Alice Kuhn

Mary Alice Kuhn, age 86, of Columbus, died Wednesday, September 19, 2018. She was born in Lancaster, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles H. and Ruth (Wolfley) Drinkle. She will be dearly missed and is survived by her sons, Thomas Kuhn Jr, of Columbus and Charles (Donna) Kuhn, of North Olmsted, OH; her daughter, Katherine (Kurt) Daum, of Cincinnati; grandchildren, Alice (Stuart) Pyclik, Steven and Alan Daum; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Beside her parents, Mary Alice was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Thomas A. Kuhn and a brother, Charles H. Drinkle, Jr. She was a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and was a member of the Bryn Mawr Club of Columbus. She was a member of First Congregational Church and Twig # 2, Children's Hospital. "She loved her family most of all." A Celebration of her life will be held with a visitation 2-5 pm Sunday, September 23 at SCHOEDINGER MIDTOWN CHAPEL, 229 E. State St., Columbus, OH. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am Monday, September 24, 2018 at First Congregational Church, 444 E. Broad St. with The Rev. Timothy Ahrens officiating. Inurnment 2:00 pm Monday at Forest Rose Cemetery, Lancaster, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Twig # 2 of Nationwide Children's Hospital Foundation; or Goodwill Columbus Friends and Family Network or a charity of your choice, in her memory.
