Mary was born in Newark on July 13, 1930 to the late Jesse James and Mable Estella (Billingsly) Moats. She passed away at the Heath Nursing Care on October 4, 2011
Survivors include her brother, William Moats of Heath and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Arrangements are entrusted to Criss-Schoedinger Funeral Home, 179 Granville Street, Newark.
