Melissa Wilodean Abele

Melissa Wilodean Caudill Abele, age 78, died October 1, 2012 at Grant Medical Center. She was born December 8, 1933 in Kermit, WV to the late Claude & Virginia (Slone) Kirk. She enjoyed playing bingo, fishing, and spending time with her family and cat, Heidi. Wilodean was a lifelong member of the Reynoldsburg VFW Post #9473. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Charles Caudill; and son, Bill “Willy” Caudill. Wilodean is survived by children, Rick (Dorothy) Caudill, Barry Caudill, Charlotte (Doug) Vickers, and LaDonna Haley; 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Delores McCallister; and brothers, Rev. William Mullins, Robert Mullins, and Doug Mullins. Friends may visit from 5-8 pm Friday, October 5, at the SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL 5360 E. Livingston Ave. where the funeral service will be held at 9 am Saturday, October 6, 2012 with Rev. William Mullins. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
