Michael L. Hager, age 57, died unexpectedly March 6, 2014 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. He retired from Central Accounting Services for the State of Ohio in 2013. He was an avid outdoorsman and birder. His father, Lawrence Hager, precedes him in death. Mike is survived by his wife, Linda Lewis Hager; step-son, Adrian Coonrod; mother, Mary Hager; sister, Cathy Hager; brothers, Andy and Steve Hager; mother and father-in-law, Rita and Thomas Lewis; sisters-in-law, Diane (Ron) Blankenship and Bev Lewis; brothers-in-laws, Chris (Kathy) and David (Amy) Lewis, numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 4-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Schoedinger Linden Memorial Chapel, 2741 Cleveland Avenue, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 13, 2014; interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
