Mona Marie Moore, age 74, passed away Friday, August 13, 2010. She was born August 23, 1935 to the late John and Gertrude (Mehrle) Harness Sr. Mona found great enjoyment in her family, as well as traveling and going to casinos.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her sons, Donald “Don Don”, Robert “Peanut”, and Mark Moore; brothers, John “Bill”, Charles “Mick”, Donald, and James. Mona is survived by her husband of 57 years, Donald Moore; grandchildren, Dawn (Dominick) Piccinich, Michelle “Shelly”, Bobbi, and Julia Moore; great-grandchildren, Charlie, Trinity, Ryan, Briana, Madison, and Dara; other family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held with a visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, August 16 and a funeral service 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 17 at the SCHOEDINGER-NORRIS CHAPEL 3920 Broadway, Grove City. Interment will follow at Pleasant Cemetery, Mount Sterling.
