Nancy Tentler

Nancy Frances Tentler, 60, of Gahanna, went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 8, 2021. She was born in Glen Cove, New York on July 15, 1961 to Norman and Marguerite (Rudolf) Risdon. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her aunt Catherine Vasiloff (William) and Uncle James Rudolf (Mary), her father-in-law Elmer Tentler, mother-in-law Ruth (Lauberns) Tentler, and brother-in-law Mike Tentler.

Nancy attended Oyster Bay High School in Oyster Bay, New York and continued her education at Stony Brook University where she received a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts. She went on to obtain a paralegal certificate. Nancy enjoyed taking long walks with her friends and family, loved attending sporting and concert events, traveling, working on crossword puzzles, and learning about history.

Nancy will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 31 years, David Tentler; her children, Nathan Tentler and Sara Tentler, brothers-in-law Steve Tentler (Danielle), Gary Tentler (Rachel), sister-in-law Mary Carl (Paul), as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Nancy's family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 3-6pm at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E JOHNSTOWN RD, Gahanna. A funeral Mass honoring Nancy's life will be held at 11:00am Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at ST. MATTHEW THE APOSTLE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 807 HAVENS CORNER RD, Gahanna.
