Nancy Zimmerman

Nancy L. (Howell) Zimmerman, born February 16, 1937, age 83, passed away peacefully surrounded by immediate family on Saturday, December 19, 2020, following a lengthy and courageous battle with Alzheimer's.

Nancy is survived and will be greatly missed by loving husband Fred, of 62 years, and children: Freddie (Michele), Faith (Mike), and Freida, 7 grandchildren: Justin, Adam (Abby), Drew, Ryan, Jacob, Kyle (Faith), Katie and 1 great grandchild, Gideon. Nancy is also survived by sister Dolores (Howell) Will, nieces and nephews, Becky (Mike), Brenda (Ken), Bev (Jim), Brian (Suzan), Jimmy, Janet, and by many loving cousins. Nancy was preceded in death by parents, Marion and Edna Howell, in-laws Albert and Anna Zimmerman and many aunts and uncles.

Nancy was a member of Job's Daughters and was active in the Girl Scouts. She also enjoyed sewing, quilting, embroidery, and crochet. Nancy's career included working at Nationwide Insurance and Sears, Roebuck and Company. Private family services to be held at a future date. Family suggests in lieu of flowers, sending donations to The Alzheimer's Foundation or Hospice of Central Ohio in her honor.
