My deepest sympathy to Nikki's family and friends. May the God of all comfort, comfort you at this difficult time. (2 Cor 1:3,4) He comforts us in many ways, one being that he promises to resurrect those in the memorial tombs, (John 5:28,29) and gives us all the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful future with them without the pain,  sorrow, and death that brings so much sadness to our lives now. (Revelation 21:4)  It is my hope that these promises bring you a measure of relief from your pain and that you will search the scriptures further to find more peace, hope and understanding. All the best wishes for your family at this time. I am truly sorry for your loss.

To Rodger: Nikki is with Jesus and she is without pain and sickness. May this comfort you. You were her best friend and a good husband to her.

To Brian, Ritchie, and Tim: Your mom and I had many good times together beginning back when you kids were babies. We lived in the same apartment complex; I with my one baby at the time and Nikki with her three. We helped each other out as best we could. I was around you kids so much in your early years it sometimes felt like you were my children.  I have a special place in my heart reserved for the three of you.

Nikki was given many hard knocks in life but she managed to be strong and endure. She worked hard and met her goals. I was able to tell her how proud I was of her always. She loved to laugh and never feared giving her opinion! I respected that aspect of her. 

So, goodbye (for now) my dear sister. Until we meet again in the presence of our Savior, Jesus Christ, I love you.

Roger & Family - I was so surprised & shocked to hear of Nikki's passing.  Much to young & so unexpected to leave all of her loved ones as she did.  Although I never worked directly w/Nikki or you Roger, I felt I knew you both pretty well & know you were always so much in love w/each other.  My prayers are w/ALL of you now as you handle her funeral & try to move on w/your lives---w/such an important part missing.  She will be watching over all of you in a different way & place now & I know your faith will help you in every way that it can.  Stay strong, as I know you will.  If I can help in any way, don't hesitate to ask.

So many memories that span over so many years. The good the bad and the exes, we went through it all together. From being each others Maid of Honor to everything life could throw our way. You are and always will be my dearest friend. I love you to the moon and back.

If I were tasked with erecting a statue that epitomized "perseverance" it would be a replica of you, Nikki.  You rose to every challenge life offered you with grit and determination, leaping each hurdle with rousing success.  Where others might falter, you never did. You always managed to cross the finish line first, and if you were frightened along the way it never showed.  You're my hero.  

I'll miss your presence, humor ("I've put more husbands in houses than HUD"), guidance, reassurance, strength and love.  Thanks for helping me navigate through our funny and crazy family.  You're with the angels now, where you'll watch and guide us from high above.  Life won't be the same without you, but you'll never change in my heart.

Nikki we  miss you terribly. The boys love thier Grandma Nikki. Thank you for blessing our lives with your love and compassion, humor, graciousness, kindness and just being here when we needed you. You are gone too soon but I believe that you are needed there in heaven now.

Nikki, I will forever cherish our trips to California together. You were always so interesting and fun to be around. You  handled everything that life threw at you head on, quitting was never an option for you. You were so very brave. The lord needed you with him to spread your goodwill in heaven, just as you did on earth. I love you, sister.

To my beautiful sister, I always admired your strength and perserverance.  I will miss all the fun times that we spent together, but I know you are rejoicing up in heaven, save a place for me so when it is my time and we can laugh together again.
