Norma S. Rauch

Norma is survived by her son, Alan (Melissa) Seffens; grandson, Shade Seffens; sisters, Wilda Hale and June Fleeman; stepchildren; step-grandchildren; and step-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husbands, Ralph Seffens, R. Ned Cochran, Esq. and John E. “Jack” Rauch, D.O.

After marrying Ralph in Caldwell, they lived in Lancaster and Columbus. In Columbus they were blessed with their son Alan. Norma then married Ned and they moved to Logan where Ned opened a law practice. After the untimely deaths of Ralph and Ned, she was blessed to marry Jack with whom she shared 49 years. She was the office manager for both of her husbands, Ned and Jack.

Norma and Jack moved to Marble Cliff Crossing in Columbus in 2000. They spent the last 4 years at First Community Village. Norma was an active member at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, where she and her husband Jack were actively involved.

Visitation will be held from 12-1 PM on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 2001 Northwest Boulevard, Columbus, Ohio 43212, where a funeral service will be held at 1 PM. Private Interment at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
