Norma Wohlford

Mrs. Wohlford was born in Newark on November 8, 1937 to the late Ernest and Alice (Johnson) Mummey. She died Monday, October 18, 2010 at the Newark Healthcare Ctr. She was 72.

She is preceded in death by her husband Dwight F. “Dutch” Wohlford, brother Ronald Mummey and sister JoAnn Hornyak.

She is survived by her sons William Wohlford and Benjamin Wohlford (Angela Marks); grandchildren Bryan, Kim, Jacob, Courtney, Kayla, Shannon, Owen, and Ashley Wohlford; sister Kathryn Cowperthwaite. Nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews: Sharon, Brandy, Mike, Cole, Keegan, Sutton, Bob, Robbie, Jason, Tyler, Karen, Royce Jr., Kelly, Farrah, Royce, Alicia, Victoria, Karrie, Eric, Bobby, Rhonda, Tina, E.J., Devin, Perry, Summer, Anna, Nathan, Wendy, Aden, Mary, Ian, Shelley, D.A., Cody, Tori, Samantha, Christie, Scott, Kamie, Kaleb, Audrey, Angela, Jimmy, Allison, Barb, Brittany, Shannon, Jeff, Justin, Heidi, Grace, Holton, Jessica, Tray, Parker, Tammy, Trevor,and Tommy and cousins. Special friends, special friends and co-workers, Special friends in the smoke room at Newark Healthcare, and special friends Linda Lenegar, Ruth Ann Lint, cousin Betty Evans, Crystal Bartimus, and Pinky.

Norma was a member of Eagles, Moose, American Legion and the VFW with her husband Dutch. She worked at Zerger Hall as the Smile Maker.
