Oscar Leon "OZ" Lewis, 61, of Columbus passed away on March 1, 2018. He was born in Ashland, Kentucky to Betty Tackett and Oscar Lewis. Oscar was a proud Army veteran who enjoyed bowling, golf and poker nights at his home. He was also an avid OSU and Columbus Clippers fan. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Leon Lee Lewis and grandson, Charles Adam. Oscar is survived by his loving wife Theresa Lewis; daughters, Jennifer East, Cassandra East and Dawn Lewis; sisters, Jewel Beach, Phyllis Rife and Carolyn Lewis; also 12 grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Wednesday March 7th 4-7 p.m. at HOPE AND HEART FUNERAL HOME by SCHOEDINGER 3030 W.
