Owen Spencer Roberts

Owen Spencer Roberts died peacefully on Thursday, September 16, 2021 in his home at the age of 22. Owen was born on September 12, 1999, in Columbus, Ohio. Born as the fourth sibling, he had an animated personality from the beginning.

He grew up attending Westerville City Schools and received his diploma in 2018. As a child he enjoyed playing sports, fishing and playing video games. He was especially passionate about wrestling and devoted countless hours to training. Owen's vibrant and likable personality drew people to him - he made friends everywhere he went.

Owen was currently employed at the Shark Tank Poker Club. In addition, he enjoyed working with his dad on home renovations for their investment property. He was an avid collector of sneakers and lover of music, his family and his friends. In his free time he enjoyed playing with his dog, Arlo, and playing pool at Suzi-Cue's. Owen had planned to continue working at the Shark Tank and he looked forward to buying a home near family that he could remodel. We will miss the way he loved his family fervently, was passionate about his endeavors and the way he lit up a room with his smile.

Owen is survived by his mother Stacy Roberts, his father Christopher Roberts (Ginny Hogan), his siblings Megan Shreve (Brian), Alexandria Joseph (Zachary), Jackson Roberts, Clark Roberts, Trane Glassco, Luci Sanders, his nieces and nephew, Stella, Clara and Oliver Shreve, and Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and most importantly, his best friend, his dog Arlo.

A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 10:30am at Schoedinger Funeral Home (6699 N High Street, Worthington, OH 43085.) Visiting hours will follow from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.
