Patricia "Pat" Ann Ellis

Patricia Ann (Chorgan) Ellis, 64, of Dublin, OH, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2013. She was born in Detroit, MI on January 16, 1949 to the late John and Mary Chorgan. Pat graduated from Upper Arlington High School and went on to receive both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from The Cincinnati Conservatory of Music where she majored in pipe organ and earned a minor in piano. Pat was an accomplished organist for a variety of churches and toured early in her career, as a vocalist, with Fred Waring and The Pennsylvanians. Pat was Miss Central Ohio in 1967. She loved the Lord and enjoyed sharing the word of God not only with family members but everyone surrounding her. Pat is survived by her two sons, Joshua Ellis and Jason Ellis; and her sister, Donna (Chorgan) Myers. Calling hours will be held at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGON CHAPEL 6699 N High St., Worthington from 10am until 11am on Friday, April 19, 2013. A service honoring and celebrating the life of Patricia will begin at 11am. Pastor Anthony Cannon officiating. Interment at Kingwood Memorial Park.
