

Patricia Voss, born August 30, 1944 was a lifelong westsider. She graduated from West high school in 1962 and started her career in cosmetology. She owned a local beauty shop- the Baroness for 40 years. Her father owned the pub next-door, the Westland Grill.
She married the love of her life, Charles Voss. They shared a beautiful life together for 39 years. Patty was a loving stepmother to three boys. She helped to raise them from an early age. Patty was an active member of the First United Brethren in Christ for 40 years. She taught Sunday school, managed the kitchen events and cleaned and decorated the church. She was never too tired to serve the homeless or to send support to the missionaries.
Patty loved to play cards, hang out with the gang at the pool, go on boat vacations to Cumberland Lake and feed the deer. Her greatest love was reading the Bible.
She is preceded in death by parents James and Stella Blythe, brother Rondel Blythe and husband Charles Voss.
She is survived by stepsons Chris, Charles and Brian Voss; sister, Carol Rodenstine ;brother-in-law Bob Voss ; nieces and nephews Desiree,Denny, JR, Casey and two grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to her church First United Brethren in Christ, 496 S. Wheatland Ave., Columbus, OH 43204.
Visitation will be held from 10 am to 12 pm on Monday, July 29, 2024 at the Advantage by Schoedinger, 3030 W Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43204 where the funeral service be held at 12 pm.
Internment will be at Wesley Chapel Cemetery following the funeral service.
