Patricia Burton Walker

Patricia Burton Walker, age 72, died April 3, 2010. She was born in Glendale, WV on February 11, 1938 to Robert and Edna Wellman Burton. Patricia worked at Lucent for 27 years, and she was a member of the Pioneers. She loved to play cards and enjoyed live entertainment at comedy clubs and the theater. She was thoughtful and always looked out for her family. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ross Walker; and brother, Billy Burton. She is survived by her children, William “Buddy” Mason, Pam Burns, and Jim Mason; grandchildren, Wesley “B.J.” Mason, Brandon Burns, Danielle Mason, and Carolina Mason; great granddaughter, Sophie; and brother, Bobby Burton. Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. A service will be held at 11:30 am on Friday, April 9, 2010 at the funeral home with interment to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
