He attended Johnstown High School and he served in the United States Navy for 6 years. Paul was a jack of all trades he was a plumber, a general contractor and finished his career at Lead Builders. He was a member of St Matthews the Apostle Catholic Parish in Gahanna Ohio, he enjoyed spending time with his family and was constantly building or fixing things. Paul was known as “Fix it Felix” and had well known phrases including “that’s whack” and “not the Momma”. One of our favorite memories of Paul was him on the swing set in his backyard, hanging upside down off of a swing. It truly showed how he was young at heart.
Paul will be missed for his love for his family, building different ideas that came to his wife, daughters, sons-in-law, or granddaughters’ minds, and most importantly his kind loving heart and his love for his family.
Paul was preceded in death by his mother Anna (Burger) Felix, father George Felix, sister Margaret, and brother Philip. Paul is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Maryann; Daughter, Dennise (Jeremy); Granddaughters, Seaman Allyssa, and Zoey Ella; Siblings Thomas, Maureen, George, Anna Marie, and Joseph; along with several brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Paul is also survived by his beloved dogs Pepper and Boots.
