Paul J. Gibson, age 92, of Pataskala, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. He was born January 1, 1925 in Morgantown, West Virginia to the late Wade and Addie (Bennett) Gibson and is also preceded in death by his daughter, Connie Gibson; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Paul is survived by his wife of 70 years, Betty J. Gibson; sons, Rusty and Victor Gibson; daughter, Brenda (Alan) Austin; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held 9:30 - 11 a.m. with a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna. Fr. James Ogurchock will officiate. Interment will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Reynoldsburg.
