
Paul Hamilton, born June 1, 1935, passed away January 1, 2014, at the age of 78. He was preceded in death by his parents Isaac and Phoebe (Sparks) Hamilton; sisters, Mary (Harold) Potts, Violet (Stanley) Stevens, Daisy (Lloyd) Britlinger; brothers, Ralph (Edith), Roy (Pauline), Ray (Evelyn), Kenneth, and Howard (Helen). He is survived by his wife Nancy of 54 years; his brothers, Denver (Nancy) Hamilton, Ronnie Hamilton; sisters, Hazel (Gerald) Woodward, Bernice (Richard) Redman, Rosetta (Bob) Winegardner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, brother and sister in laws. He retired from Dupont after 41 years of service and was a master woodworker, and fisherman. He loved making quality furniture for family members and donating them to support family reunions. He also enjoyed camping, boating, and vacationing at their home in Florida. He was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Berger hospice and Good Shepherd U.M.C.
Visitation will be 4 pm to 8 pm Saturday at the funeral home. His wishes were to have a committal service at Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery. That service will be held on Thursday January 9th, 2014 at 11:00 am with Chaplin Jim Ferrell. Arrangements were made with Defenbaugh-Wise-Schoedinger Funeral Home, 151 E. Main St., Circleville.
