

Paul C. Pascoe, age 82, of Columbus, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at The Inn at Summit Trail, Reynoldsburg. He was born in Rochester, NY on June 23, 1940, son of the late Rev. Peter and Viola (Dixon) Pascoe. Paul was a history teacher beginning with Hoover Middle School and finishing at Kenmore West Sr. High School in New York retiring after 40 years. He is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Joan (Goff) Pascoe; daughter, Deborah (John) Hannah; son, Mark (Tami) Pascoe; grandchildren, Kyle (Danielle) Hannah, Ashley Hannah (Ricky) Doyen, Sean Patrick Hannah, Morgan (Cody) Hannah, Audrey (Wyatt) Hannah and Zachary (Aundrea) Pascoe; beloved great grandchildren, Riley Hannah, Olivia Doyen, Jack Doyen, Charlotte Hannah and Rosalie Hannah. Also survived by brother, Jack (Jackie) Pascoe and sister, Betsy Coss and other relatives and friends. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Damon Coss. Paul was a voracious reader and loved to travel taking his family to national historical sites and his favorite beaches. Before moving to Columbus in 2005, he was an active member of Knox Church in Kenmore, New York where he was in the choir, taught Sunday School and planned Bible studies. Currently, he was a member of Reynoldsburg Community Church. He had a sweet tooth especially for anything chocolate, whether it was chocolate chips cookies or chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup. Paul had a great sense of humor and was an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and the New York Yankees. Friends may call 4-7 pm Friday, March 24, 2023 at SCHOEDINGER EAST, 5360 E. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Reynoldsburg Community Church, 1636 Graham Road, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 with Pastor Jeff Greenway officiating.
