Paula "Polly" Cochran

Paula ("Polly") E. Cochran, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 in Boca Raton, Florida. Polly was born on July 23, 1929 in Columbus, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, John T. and Hulda Edeards and her brothers, John T. Edwards and David Edwards. She graduated from Upper Arlington High School, Bradford Junior College, and The Ohio State University. Her life was full and she was involved in many charities and organizations including Pi Beta Phi sorority, the Board of Trustees for Bradford Junior College, Altar Guild at St. Gregory's Episcopal Church, and was a Guardian ad Litem. She is survived by her children, Julie (Bill) Kemble, Jackie (Roger) Faulkenberry and Dale (Todd) Cochran; her grandchildren, Madeleine Kemble, Caitlin and Westley Faulkenberry and Tommy, Claire and Hannah Cochran; her brother, Peter (Suzie) Edwards, and sister, Judy (Doug) Sandbo; sister-in-law, Mary Jo Edwards, as well as many nieces and nephews. While in Columbus, she was active in the Junior League, the Childhood League, and Pleasure Guild of Childrens Hospital, and St. Alban's Episcopal Church. A reception to celebrate Polly's life will be held Saturday, July 30th at 12 Noon at Scioto Country Club, where the family will receive friends.
