

Pauline Smith, 93, of Lancaster, formerly of Circleville, passed away January 1, 2015 at Zusman House Hospice in Bexley. She was born February 6, 1921 in Pickaway County, the daughter of Wertie and Wanda Pauline (Fullen). She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Eleanorbelle and husband, Robert Swank; and brothers, Bob and wife, Esther, Emerson and wife, Marvel and Bill Collins; sister-in-law, Theda Valentine Collins; and brothers-in-law, Russ Teets, Ward Skinner and Howard Weaver.
Pauline was a graduate of Stoutsville High School and enjoyed crocheting and being with her family.
Pauline is survived by her son, David (Kate) Smith of Springboro; daughter, Cheryl (Dave) Tucker of South Carolina; and Rhonda (Greg) Ludwick of Lancaster; grandchildren, Traci Smith, Shawn Tucker, Michelle Daniels, Nicole Tucker, LoriBeth Daniels, Michael Smith and Brent and Rachel Ludwick; 4 great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Wallace, Austin Day, Katie Wears and Damion Fabbro; sisters, Betty Teets, Mary Jane Skinner and Helen Weaver; brothers, Dwight, Jim, Jerry (Sue) Collins; and sister-in-law, Evelyn Collins.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, January 5, 2015 at Defenbaugh-Wise-Schoedinger Funeral Home with Dr. Doyne Wiggins officiating. Burial will be in Muhlenberg Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pickaway Senior Center, P.O. Box 565, Circleville, OH 43113.
