

Penny Ann Tobin, age 69, of Upper Arlington, Ohio, passed away peacefully after complications from a stroke, at the Kobacker House on Thursday, September 26, surrounded by family. Penny is survived by brother Dan Tobin, and was proceeded in death by her parents Ben and Carolyn Tobin and brother Ben Tobin Jr. Zofia Wilomawska, with the help and guidance of Penny's loving brother Dan, was her loyal care giver and companion during the 23 years after her parents died. Penny was a 43 year employee of ARC Industries West where she dedicated her many days to constructive work and friendships. She was a bright and cheerful person who enjoyed music, puzzles, little dog Bandit, and the arts. She is survived by her brother Dan and wife Linda Tobin of Upper Arlington, and their daughter Kym (Tobin) Lee of Upper Arlington and her husband Matt and children Andrew and Laken, and by her nephew Chris Tobin and wife Crystal and family of South Carolina. Family will receive friends of Penny 6-9 p.m. Thursday, October 3rd at the Schoedinger Northwest Chapel, 1740 Zollinger Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221.
