Philip Lee Nelson of Upper Arlington, Ohio, left this life on December 6, 2021 peacefully at his home. He was 71. Born to Roberta and Kennard S. Nelson, both deceased on March 5, 1951. The brother of Eric (Linda) Nelson who survive him, as well as two nephews (Mat and Micah Nelson) and a niece (Britta Lehn). Also mourning Phil is his faithful four-legged companion Sammie, the Siberian Husky and his best friends Jim and Judy Goebbel.
Phil was an Eagle Scout, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and attended Hocking College for forest management. He was the owner Nelson Mobile Glass and a fan of NASCAR and Indycar racing, as well as Ohio football.
"You ran the race set out before you. You are now resting in the arms of angels. You finished well." Family will hold a private memorial service.
