Phyllis Tate

Phyllis Tate passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at home. She was born in Endicott, NY to the late Edward and Edna (Ford) Cass. Phyllis is also preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Fred A. Tate; and son, Edward Tate. She is survived by her daughter, Sally (Joe Meier) Tate of Canal Winchester; daughter-in-law, June Tate of Nashville, TN; grandson, Justin (Sky) Tate of Nashville, TN; granddaughter, USMC Corporal Lindsey Tate of Okinawa, Japan; great-grandsons, Walker and Carson; and sister, Jane (Edgar) Herzog. A Memorial Service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, September 9 at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 2070 Ridgecliff Road. Rev. Dr. Tracy Keenan officiating.
