Rebecca Fannin

Rebecca was born in Mansfield, Ohio on August 31, 1954 to the late Carl and Iona (Harmon) Fannin. She went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Columbus. She was 58.

Rebecca is survived by her brothers Phil and Gary Fannin, her sister Karla (Kevin) Redman, nephews Andy (Amber) Benner, Joel (Danielle) Benner, Kyle (Shavonne) Benner and Justin Fannin; nieces Abby Benner and Heather Fannin, grandnieces Jordin Rae Benner and Kyla Benner, and a grandnephew Finnagan Benner.

Rebecca was a member of the Newark High School class of ’72, received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from OSU, and was the principal and Administrator at Christian Fellowship Community School. She loved to spend time with her nieces and nephews, and was very fond of the students and staff she mentored over the years.
