Ricky Ray Palmore

Rick R. Palmore, age 63, passed away at home on Friday, December 22, 2017. He was born on June 14, 1954 in Chillicothe, Ohio to the late Joseph Palmore and Marge (Hatfield) Palmore Bigony. Rick proudly served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Era. He worked as a foreman for JCPenney and Typographic Printing for many years. He enjoyed NASCAR, bowling, and sports. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his uncle, Ray Hatfield. Rick is survived by and will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 34 years, Lisa (Dugan) Palmore; son, Ricky Palmore; siblings, Joe (Susan) Palmore, Tim (Sally) Palmore, Harold Bigony, and Tammy Bigony; niece, Devan "Doodle Pops" and many other beloved nieces and nephews; dear cousins; extended family members including sister-in-law, Vicky Matheny; and his faithful canine companion, Smokey. Family will receive friends 4-7 pm Wednesday at Schoedigner East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., where the funeral service will be held 11:30 am Thursday, December 28, 2017. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
