Robert Benner, age 77, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 19, 1940 to the late Chester and Edna Benner. He was a veteran of the US Navy. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Catherine and second wife, Almeda; and son, Chet Benner. He is survived by his son, Bob (Becky) Benner; step-son, John (Denise) Watkins; sister, Ruth; and four grandchildren.
