A Memorial Service for Robert Stephen Burich of Newark will be held Saturday September 29, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Criss-Schoedinger Funeral Home with Pastors James Dennis and James Overton officiating.
Robert was born in Cleveland Ohio on August 17, 1939 to the late August and Mary (Stiemer) Burich. He went home to be with his lord and savior on September 15, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family. He was 73.
He is preceded in death by his brother Donald Burich.
Robert is survived by his wife Mary, whom he married July 14, 1987; his children Jim, Amber, Robert, John, Jennifer, and Rebecca; grandchildren Grace, Mary Anna, Heather and many others.
Robert was an Electrician, collected guns, and was a Baptist by faith. He belonged to the American Legion and was a veteran of the United State Navy, serving on the USS Princeton stationed out of Long Beach, California.
Friends may visit the family one hour prior to the services.
