

Robert "Bobby" Chan, age 67, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. He was born November 12, 1948 in Columbus to the late Joe Chan and Lee Wah. A man of many smiles, Bobby was a devoted and loyal family man, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Vanessa Chan; his son Josh; siblings, Mabel, Tony and Ronald Chan, (along with Ronald’s mom, Yuk Wah), and Jimmy, David, Judy and Toby Dong, (along with their dad Jack Dong), and their families; many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. He is also preceded in death by his brother Benny Chan. Employed at the London Correctional facility, Bobby enjoyed spending time with his family, his weekly lottery play, and watching various sporting events.
Family will receive friends from 2-6pm, Sunday at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High Street in Worthington where his funeral service will take place at 10am, Monday, February 22, 2016. Interment to follow at Kingwood Memorial Park.
His family requests that in lieu of flowers, family and friends choose a charity that is 'close to their hearts', for a personal donation in Bobby's name.
