Robert L. Chatfield

Robert L. Chatfield, age 74, passed away at Mount Carmel Medical Center on Friday, April 15, 2011. Robert was born in Columbus on July 27, 1936 to the late John and Ruby Chatfield. He is preceded in death by his son, Edward Chatfield and sister, Christine Burton. He is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn; his son George (Lisa), grandchildren Kathy, Brian, Jason, and Emily; his son Bill (Becky), grandchildren Connor, Ian, and Aidan; and siblings Janet (Richard), Arthur (Terri), David (Debbie), Dan (Candy), Virginia (Jerry), Tim, and Kevin (Karen).

Bob was a member of the Grove City United Methodist Church and the Ohio State Alumni association. Bob and Marilyn were planning to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary this summer. Friends may call from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL 3920 Broadway Grove City where the funeral service will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, April 21, 2011.
