Robert Heasley

Robert "Bob" A. Heasley, age 91, of Columbus died Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Parkside Village Senior Living. Bob was born March 26, 1926 in Columbus, OH and graduated from Aquinas High School in 1944. Preceded in death by his wife, of 53 years, Rita Heasley, daughter, Mary Heasley, parents; Arthur and Genevieve Heasley, brother Charles Heasley, sister Jeanette McCarthy and daughter-in-law, Lisa Heasley. Bob will be missed by his children; Dan (Diane) Heasley, Chris (Melinda) Heasley, Joe Heasley, Nancy (Dan) Bart, Ray (Joan) Heasley; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Bob served in the Navy in World War II, owned this own construction business for 30 years and was an avid golfer. Family will receive friends Monday January 8, 2018 from 4pm until the time of prayer services at 7pm at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd., Columbus. Interment with Navy honors will take place Tuesday January 9, 2018 at 11am at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
