Robert Kevin Mitchell

Kevin Mitchell, age 59, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017 in Columbus, Ohio. He was born on July 1, 1957 in Ashland, Kentucky to the late Robert and Mary (Staley) Mitchell. He was a graduate of Ashland Paul Blazer High School (1975) and received his bachelor's degree in business marketing from Morehead State University. He worked as a buyer and purchaser for several retail stores and warehouse companies across Ohio. His interests included rally racing, NASCAR, OSU football, riding high thrill roller coasters, and traveling with his family. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Nancy, son Scott Mitchell, stepmother Marie Mitchell, and a host of family members and friends. Family will receive friends from 4-6 PM on Friday, May 26, 2017 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Road, Columbus, Ohio 43221, where a funeral service will follow at 6 PM. Private Interment will be held for the family.
