Robert (Bob) Lee Wiseman, 84, of Columbus, OH passed away Thursday, January 28, 2021. After a long and courageous battle with his health, Bob died peacefully at his home with his beloved wife Rosie and family by his side.
Bob was born in Obetz, OH to Clarence and Virginia Wiseman. Upon graduating high school in Hamilton Township, Bob enlisted in the Air Force where he served honorably for four (4) years. Upon returning home, Bob went to work at Ebco Manufacturing in Columbus where he later retired.
Bob had several loves in his life. First was his wife Rose, his adoring family and his friends that also included his Harley riding buddies. He also loved his garage where he was great at making broken things work.
Bob was always there; he was there for his family – whether it was a sweet call from a grandchild that needed a ride home from school or delivery of forgotten lunch money; he was there for his friends if they needed a sympathetic ear or help to fix a problem; he was there when he provided for his family in every possible way; he was there with his love and presence which were so precious. Bob was there . . . for all of us.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Virginia Wiseman, and his brother Roger Wiseman. He was also preceded in death by his grandchildren Christopher Bradley, Tommy Coleman, and Amber Moses who, without a doubt, are dancing and rejoicing with their Pop in their heavenly home.
Bob is survived by his loving wife Rose Wiseman of Columbus, OH; children– Todd Wiseman, Randy (Andrea) Koons, Waynette (Tom) Coleman, Cathy (Jeff) Davis; Grandchildren– Heidi (Mike) Fisher, Rachel Coleman, Cody (Madison) Koons, Kyle Wilbur, Morgan Koons, Ronny Moses; Great Grandchildren– Haliegh and Brooklyn Moses, Logan Coleman, Luke, Cooper, Madelyn and Amelia Fisher.
Bob, you are loved to the moon and back and to the stars. Your family will honor your life by living by your example - we will “be there” for each other.
