Robert H. “Bobby” Pyles, 68 of Columbus, died Wednesday, April 25, 2012. He was born December 13, 1943 to the late Charles and Loretta Pyles. He graduated from Bishop Watterson High School in 1961 and Andrews Barber College. Bobby worked in downtown Columbus as a barber for 49 years most recently at the Columbus Club. He was a U.S. Army National Guard veteran and a member of St. Pauls Catholic Church. He is survived by his loving wife Barbara to whom he has been married for 44 years, children, Lynda (Jeff) Gilligan and Michael (Kelly) Pyles; grandchildren, Joseph Gilligan and Samantha and Makayle Pyles, brother Charles (Sue) Pyles and sister Nancy (Richard) Turner. Family will receive friends Friday from 5-8 PM at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd. where a memorial service will be held Saturday at 10 AM.
