Ronald Hamilton

Ronald Lee Hamilton, age 72 of Hilliard, passed away August 1, 2011. Ronald was born April 9, 1939 in Portsmouth, Ohio, son of the late Alton and Amelia Hamilton. Also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marlyn Hamilton, brothers, John and Jimmy, and sisters, Anne and Ruth. Ronald was a very straight forward man who was very patriotic. He retired from both the U.S. Armed Forces as well as Discover Card. He was a member of West Jefferson Ohio Masonic Lodge #221 F&A.M. Ronald was a tremendous craftsman, enjoyed golfing and gardening, and was an O.S.U. and Dallas Cowboys fan. He will be greatly missed by his children, Rondha (Randy) Krack, Scott (Teri) Hamilton, and Candy Stevens; 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; sisters, Karen, Sharon, and Pam; brothers, Clyde, Tim, and Terry; sister-in-law, Bonnie Hamilton; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Friday, August 5, 2011 at SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St., where family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Thursday.
