Ronald Jordan Smith, age 30, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 13, 2023. Ronnie was born on July 23, 1992 in Columbus, Ohio to Patrick Newsom and Laura Smith. He loved Cleveland Browns and the Ohio State Buckeye’s. He had an aptitude for the game of chess as well as basketball. Surpassed his enjoyment of getting detailed tattoos and his love for music. Anyone who knew Ronnie knew he loved his dogs most, they were his children. Preceded in death by his mother, Laura Smith; grandma, Rita Smith; and his dog, Capone. Survived by his dog, Champ; siblings, PJ Rauck, Eva Rauck and Eli Biancamano; father, Patrick Newsom (Debbie Gray); several nieces, nephews and cousin, Lydia Montgomery.
A visitation for Ronald will be held Monday, April 3, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services by Schoedinger - Linden, 2741 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43224, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 PM.
