Rosario B Siles

Rosario Siles, age 77, passed away July 10, 2017, with her family by her side. Rosario is predeceased by her parents; Lily and Juan Castro, sister Lily Encarnation Villarroel. She is survived by her loving and dedicated husband; Luis Siles, children; John (Cheri) Siles, Raquel (Jeff) Drake, Jerry (Amy) Siles, Sandra (Daniel) Grieshop, grandchildren; Raquelita, Skyler, Selena, Rio, Marina, Ally, Jack, Sofia, Sayla and Brynn; as well as many loving extended family and friends. Rosario was born on December 4, 1939 in La Paz, Bolivia. She was the eldest of eight children. She married the love of her life, Luis Siles, in 1961. Rosario emigrated to the USA in 1974 with her family and settled in Columbus, Ohio. Rosario was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother. She was very proud of her family, especially her 10 grandchildren. Rosario loved holidays and family get togethers; any chance to spend time with her family was important to her. Rosario was known for her feisty and friendly personality, good sense of humor and generous heart. She enjoyed music, cooking, crocheting and spending time with her family and friends. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Rosario's memory to Catholic Social Services or St. Vincent De Paul. Friends and family may call Monday, July 17, 2017 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St. Worthington OH 43085. A Mass of Christian burial will take place Tuesday July 18, 2017 at 10am at Saint Michael Catholic Church, 5750 N High St, Worthington, OH 43085 with Father Anthony Dinovo, celebrant.
