Rose Ann Knapp, age 64, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on Sept. 20, 2025. She was born on Sept. 1, 1961 to the late Paul Edward Rowley and Joyce Ann Morris. She joins in death her parents and son Jay Dee Stepp Jr. Rose Ann leaves behind daughter Jennifer (Steve) Spaulding; grandchildren Stevie, Ethan, Dylan, Gauge, Riley and Nadia; great grandchildren Kendall Rose, Jaxon Lawrence and Easton Jay. Visitation will be held on Friday Sept. 26, 2025 from 4PM to 6PM at Advantage by Schoedinger – Hilltop Chapel, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43204. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Rose Ann’s name to Columbus Humane Society, 3015 Scioto Darby Executive Ct., Hilliard, Ohio 43026.
