

Russell G. Sullivan, 95, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2013 after a long illness. He died at home where he spent most of his life. He was a proud man who had a full life. He was a WWII veteran of the 380 Bombardment Group, known as the "Flying Circus", 531st Bomb Squadron, Aircraft Armoror 911. He retired from Omar Bakeries and was past president of Omar Athletic Club, member of Moose Lodge #11 and Amvets Post #51- Buckeye Lake. He enjoyed a good cup of coffee, reading, watching sports, NASCAR and talking about his Canada fishing trips. He enjoyed his family. He is preceded in death by father Fred Sullivan, mother and step father Florence (Flossie) and Emil Bieber and wife Mary Sullivan. He is survived by life long friend and companion Peggy Keller, 2 daughters Cindy (Bill) Siders and Peggy (Terry) Dawson, 5 grandchildren Chad (Emily) Siders, Shane, Craig and Jeremy Cook, Michelle (Jon) Cutler, 4 great grandchildren Katelynn Michelle, Addisyn Nicole, Addison Marie and Ayden Michael. Graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Wesley Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mount Carmel Hospice.
