Duane was a 9 year member of Columbia Center Community Church. He served his country during the Korean War. Duane spent his free time camping and spending time with family. Preceded in death by his wife of 28 years Judy Swickard, and his parents.Survived by his children, Kathy (George) Moore, Gary (Diana) Swickard, Bruce (Karen) Swickard, David (Shelly) Swickard, George (Jackie) Riebel, and Robin (Buddy) Bates; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters; and nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Sunday December 11, 2016 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna, Ohio, 43230, where a service will be held the following day at 11am. Officiated by Terry Muncy. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
