Born to Charles and Mabel Williams of Mt. Sterling November 24,1934.
Survived by her daughter; Tamara Bliss (John), brother; Butch Williams (Ginger), numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, along with many other dear family and friends.
Ruth was a loving mother, grandmother, strong, spirited, and deeply compassionate, always helping others. She was very proud of her 24 years with U.D.F. where she found her love for everything cows. She enjoyed bowling for many years also loved visiting the casinos and playing the slot machines. Especially Wonder Women.
Ruth lit up the room and brought warmth to the lives around her. And she will be missed deeply.
Family will have a graveside service on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 1PM at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, 14220 Era Rd. Mt. Sterling, OH 43143.
