Ruth M. Holzschuh

Ruth M. Holzschuh, age 96 of Circleville and formerly of Grove City, died Friday, February 22, 2013 at Pickaway Manor Care Center. She was born July 21, 1916 in Maxville, OH, daughter of the late George and Stella (McMullen) Christian. Ruth was retired from the Southwestern City Schools. She loved all things in nature, especially birds and flowers; she loved to sing; she will always be remembered by friends and family as “Being Fair to Midland”.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Albert W. Holzschuh in 1978; her brothers Sam and Carl Christian. She is survived by her daughter Pat (David) Hennen of Laurelville; grandchildren Tamra (Doug) Stevens and Lisa (Earl) Hanlon; great grandchildren Joshua, Jared and Mallory Stevens, Cory and Carly Hanlon.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 24, 2013 at the DEFENBAUGH-WISE-SCHOEDINGER FUNERAL HOME 151 E. Main St. Circleville with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating.
