Ruth F. Maddox, age 61, was born on August 19, 1948 and went to be with the Lord on March 9, 2010. Ruth lived with Multiple Sclerosis for forty years. Preceded in death by her father, Glen Maddox; and brother, Glen Ray Maddox. Survived by her mother, Ruby Maddox; brother, Ronnie (Ginger) Maddox; nephew, Scott and Cindy Maddox and family; sister-in-law, Diane Maddox; several aunts, uncles and special friend and caregiver, Diane Griffin. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 12, 2010 from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. at SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St. A service and interment will follow the visitation at 1:30 p.m. at Sunset Cemetery Chapel, 6959 W. Broad St. with Pastors Joe Edinger and Bobby Smith officiating.
