

Ruth Ann Williams, 81, of Grove City, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, August 28, 2019. She was born April 6, 1938 to the late William Earl and Thelma Alta (Marzluf) Massie. She was a 1953 graduate of Central High School. Ruth retired from The Ohio State University Parking Department. Ruth's faith was very important to her. She was a member at Cypress Church and more recently attended Grove City Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed traveling and she loved spending time with her family. Ruth was an avid reader and enjoyed playing cards. She also enjoyed sewing and crocheting. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, Clarence Williams, Sr.; daughter, Lou Marcum; brother, Joseph Massie; and great-nephew, Michael Parsell. Ruth is survived by her grandson, Curtis Marcum; great-grandchildren, Veronica Stickles, Auburn Stickles, Gracie Marcum, and Garrison Marcum; loving brother, Charles (Lana Karan) Massie; numerous nieces and nephews; and many dear friends. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at the SCHOEDINGER NORRIS CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, where calling hours will be 7-9 p.m. Monday, September 2, 2019. Pastor Owen Stotts will officiate the ceremony and burial will be at Sunset Cemetery.
