Sally S. Burton

Sally Sandefur Burton, age 73, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Sally was born January 24, 1937 to the late Everett and Ruth (Montgomery) Sandefur. She graduated from Upper Arlington High School and from The Ohio State University with a BA in Fine Arts. She retired from Grandview Heights Public Library in 2003 where she served as Circulation Assistant and also as Art Exhibit Coordinator. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brother, John Sandefur. Sally is survived by her son, Michael (Connie) Burton; daughter, Kellie Reeb; grandchildren, Alyssa, Haley, Kevin, Brian, and Catherine; sister-in-law, Tana Sandefur; nieces, Jane (Phil) Taylor and Debra Sandefur; great-nephews, Trip and John; and great-niece, Charlotte. A celebration of Sally’s life will be held with a visitation 4-6 p.m. Saturday, March 6 and a service 12:30 p.m. Sunday, March 7 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL 1740 Zollinger Rd.
